The consortium of Tarcon Sp. z o.o. and Tarcon Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. will build  Małopolski Park Logistyczny [Małopolski Logistics Park] in the "design and build" system for Zasada Trans Spedition Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. The 1st stage of the project comprises the construction of a logistics hall of about 28,000 m2, road infrastructure and engineering facilities in Targowisko.
