The consortium of Tarcon Sp. z o.o. and Tarcon Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. has signed a contract with Lubasohn Sp. z o.o. to build a polystyrene foam factory in Oświęcim on the site of the Krakow Economic Zone. According to the contract, the construction will be completed in the "design and build" system by the end of November, 2015. The project includes building a production and storage hall with an office and social building with the floor area of about 5,000 m2 and the external road and network infrastructure. The newly built plant will employ 30 personnel and the planned project value is PLN 20 mln.
