TARCON Sp. z o.o. has been the General Contractor for the cold storage (freezer) facility with external technical and road infrastructure. The project developer allocated more than 30 million zlotys to build the facility which is co-financed from the European Union resources. The freezer facility will offer about 5,500 m² of floor space and 68,000 m³ of cubic space. It will be handed over to the project developer in the 3rd quarter of 2015.
