Contractors’ Consortium Tarcon Sp. z .o.o [Ltd] and Tarcon Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. [limited partnership] signed a Contract with Zasada Trans-Spedition Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. for the construction of Brzesko Logistics Park as the General Contractor. The Logistics Centre comprises halls with the area of nearly 19,000 m² and social-technical back-up facilities, engineering facilities and road and network infrastructure. The commission is carried out in the „design and build” system. It is predicted that the construction of the Facility will last until the end of the first quarter of the year 2021.
