The Consortium of Tarcon Sp. z o.o. and Tarcon Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. commenced the construction of the 2nd stage of Małopolski Park Logistyczny (Małopolski Logistics Park) in Targowisko. The target building will have an area of nearly 25,500 m2 and a 4,300 m2 large roofing. As part of the works planned to be done, a building with an approximate area of 12,000 m2 and a network and road infrastructure is being constructed at the moment. The contract is being carried out according to the "design and build" formula. The works are planned to be completed in March 2018.
